Dena Afshari Consulting delivers short‑term merchandising and assortment support for premium fashion brands facing seasonal complexity or capacity gaps. The consultancy supports brands to improve sell-through, optimising product rotation, and managing seasonal launches efficiently. Project durations are flexible, with optional renewal tailored to each client’s needs. Typical deliverables include assortment analysis and collection planning, as well as sell-through reporting and actionable recommendations that align stock with commercial objectives.

 

Projects are delivered by Dena Afshari, who brings hands-on experience from Christian Louboutin HQ and advanced training in fashion business and luxury management (M.Sc. Fashion & Luxury Business, Institut Supérieur de Marketing du Luxe de Paris), complemented by analytical and financial background (B.Sc. Business Administration & Finance, Stockholm University) and fashion design training (Beckmans College of Design).
